Increased security with Fortigate 60F

With offices in both Belgium and the Netherlands and the recent expansion in Kruibeke, they needed a strong security solution. We advised them and installed Fortigate 60F firewalls provided at both sites. The Fortigate solution not only provides Elscolab with protection against external threats, but also ensures secure connectivity between offices.

Microsoft Licence Management via the CSP portal

It is important for Elscolab to always have access to the right software and licences. Via the CSP (Cloud Service Provider) portal from Microsoft we easily manage their Microsoft licences. This not only provides them with a clear and flexible solution, but also the assurance that their software remains up-to-date. The portal also gives them access to our support services, which means they can immediately call for help in case of any problems. This unburdens their IT team and ensures minimal interruptions in their daily operations.

Direct access to our helpdesk

On top of that, Elscolab also uses direct access to our helpdesk for fast and efficient support. Whether it's technical problems, infrastructure questions or advice on new implementations, they know they can always count on us.
