A new standard for meetings at Frame21 thanks to VanRoey

Simplify hybrid meetings

The increasing demand for hybrid working brought for CEO Stéphanie Beyens brings a new challenge: how do you ensure that both physical and virtual meeting participants can work together seamlessly?

Frame21 wanted the meeting rooms for a permanent tenant (ServiceNow) equipped with technology that is both intuitive and reliable, enabling high-quality meetings. In cooperation with VanRoey, it was decided to thoroughly modernise three conference rooms. Here, future-proof solutions from Yealink and Microsoft were chosen.

Yealink Meetingboard

After a thorough needs analysis and a visit to the Inspiration Centre in Geel Both the large and some small meeting rooms were equipped with some Yealink Meetingboards with integrated 'Teams-Room' solution. Aaron Poels (Teamlead Audiovisual at VanRoey) explains this choice: "These touchscreens are perfect for interactive meetings, for both physical and virtual participants.

With the optional USB dongle, Frame21 customers can easily present wirelessly in 4K quality. The expansion microphones ensure that everyone at the table can be heard clearly."

No worries about breakdowns

As the CEO of a coworking space, you obviously do not want visitors or permanent residents to be unable to start their meetings on time because of infrastructure problems. Faultless operation of these systems is therefore crucial to maintain user confidence and ensure an efficient working day. "Technical failures not only lead to lost time, but can also leave a negative impression with customers," Stéphanie Beyens clarifies.
