The custom-made ERP package Induplan, which had been in service for many years, was in need of renewal. There was a demand for one total package that could offer a fully digital, centralised workflow. Indupol therefore chose the ERP and CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
In configuration, some processes from Induplan were adopted and improved. The big advantage lies in the further integration of the business systems.. Whereas Induplan used to be used only in production, Business Central today allows data to flow across all departments and sites (both in Belgium and Slovakia) in one central system.
To cope with the complexity of Indupol's unique production process, we built extensions on top of Dynamics 365. The system also integrates seamlessly as standard with Office 365 Enterprise. Thus, all data communicates effortlessly with to PowerBI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams... or emails are automatically linked to the right customers.
It goes without saying that integrating production data with financial data yields very interesting analyses. Those new real-time reports therefore lead to constant optimisation of processes. Finally, thanks to this paperless system, fewer mistakes are also made. A win-win for both Indupol and its clients.
Indupol is the Benelux market leader in the production of polyester body parts for Automotive, Railway & Agriculture vehicles. In addition, they are known in the construction industry for their polyester facade panels. A well-known customer in the region includes DAF Trucks, to whom Indupol supplies fully finished and assembled products in every colour and shape.
Various production departments are located at the head office in Arendonk. You will also find administration, R&D and quality control. There is also a complete production unit in Slovakia.
