Microsoft adjusts rates
We hereby inform you that Microsoft will be changing their Microsoft 365 & Office 365 licensing models. In itself, not much will change, but we want to let you know what we are doing to optimize your license formulas.
Teams, Forms, Power Apps/Automate, Bookings, SharePoint... Office 365 is now an integral part of our daily work and ensures more than ever that we can collaborate efficiently.
From 1 March 2023
1. The prices of most Microsoft 365 and Office 365 license plans will increase on that day.
2. Monthly contracts become 20% more expensive than annual & three-year commitments. You can combine, but flexibility decreases.
As you can read above, it is best to be prepared for this. That is why we have decided to proactively intervene and optimize your license model to avoid unnecessary costs.
What will vanroey.be do for you?
Our licensing team takes the following measures:
Your ExistingMonthlyContracts
will be adjusted to a new annual contract in February, still at current rates.
Your ExistingAnnualContracts
we will renew in February at the current rate. Any overlap with your previous contract will be deducted from the new contract.
Newsituation
So you can enjoy a full extra year of the current prices. The annual expiry/renewal date of your contract will be in February.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. If you have, say, 30 employees, you could have 27 annual contracts and 3 monthly contracts. That way you can still be flexible if someone no longer needs a licence due to long-term illness or departure.
You can still add users in the global yearly contract. For these users you will only pay the remaining months extra.
Unfortunately, removal is no longer possible.
Yes, you can. So you certainly don't have to pay the whole amount at once. (OpEx)
