FAQ Licences
Below 300 users, we usually recommend MS365 Business Premium. If you have more than 300 users or need specific features, you will have to move to E3. E5 is then the next step and more expensive, but if you want to make use of the following features, the switch is definitely recommended and advantageous:
- Classic telephony wants to run via Teams;
- If users also need a Power BI licence;
- Your environment wants to enjoy extra stringent security and management capabilities. (Entra ID Plan 2, Information Protection, Conditional Access...)
So for that fixed price per month per user, you get lots of extra tools. In this crystal-clear overview we show where the packages differ and what things you can buy separately, for example.
